A closer look at ALPMILL F1.

Design visualizations from different perspectives. Photographs of the completed machine and machining evidence will follow testing.

Configuration and performance figures are development targets. Dry weight is an estimate; accuracy is an unvalidated target. Confirmed acceptance results are not yet available.

Is ALPMILL F1 suitable for your part?

We review workpiece size, material, fixturing, tools and machining objectives. An application recommendation depends on these details.

  • 3 axes with planned travel of 420 × 550 × 350 mm
  • GGG40 base and column
  • T-slot table and enclosed working area
  • Metal telescopic covers on the Y axis

ALPMILL F1 questions

Is the machine available in series production?

The first machine is under construction. Availability, series scope and delivery dates are discussed individually. Images are visualizations.

Which materials can it machine?

The development concept addresses aluminium, steel and general machining applications. Suitability must be confirmed for the specific material, tools, fixture and cutting trial.

Are the performance figures validated?

The published figures are planned specifications. Accuracy, cycle times and cutting performance require testing and defined acceptance criteria.

Can I request a demonstration?

Yes. Ask about the current development stage and demonstration availability. A date is agreed once the machine is technically ready.

What do you need for an application enquiry?

Send the part drawing, material, quantity, tolerances and required operations. We review travel, workholding, tooling and the machine configuration that still requires validation.

Questions before an international enquiry

How are quality and acceptance agreed?

Critical dimensions, document revisions, required evidence and acceptance scope are agreed for the project. If you need specific inspection reports or material certificates, mention them in your enquiry.

How are delivery and total costs clarified?

Specify the delivery country and preferred date. Packaging, transport, import responsibilities and delivery terms belong in the specific quotation. No universal lead time is promised.

What about installation and service?

Responsibilities, support scope and any on-site work must be agreed for the country of use. Please specify the country of use and the support you need.
