Over 36 years of professional machining experience, including 20 years at Mercedes-Benz: Adem Çağlar combines production expertise with tooling knowledge and a focus on cost per part. For companies in Türkiye, Europe and worldwide.
From precise manual work to industrial process improvement
Sound mechanical training, decades of industrial experience and practical problem-solving underpin his work. His former employment at Mercedes-Benz in Untertürkheim and Hedelfingen ended on 31 December 2021. Today he applies this experience to tool management and manufacturing improvement at Caglar İnovasyon.
Easy Rider: precision starts with the fundamentals
Adem Çağlar completed his mechanical apprenticeship at HELLER in Nürtingen from 1990 to 1993. He made the Easy Rider mainly by hand in the first six months. Sawing, filing, drilling, reaming, tapping, marking out and measuring were practised on a complete model.
Work followed engineering drawings and work instructions. The instructor checked each completed exercise and signed its record card. Dimensional accuracy, careful workmanship and traceable checks still shape our approach to engineering, CNC machine building and manufacturing.

Deep-hole drilling with MQL: stabilizing the entire process
A deep-hole drilling project from Adem Çağlar’s former employment at Mercedes-Benz illustrates the value of reviewing the entire process chain as a team.
