Your mechanical scope, clearly agreed

Parts, profile frames or pre-assembled mechanical groups to your approved documentation. A short project outline is enough for the first contact.

Our focus

Manufacturing and mechanical pre-assembly to agreed customer drawings.

Your system integration

Electrics, pneumatics, controls and commissioning of the complete system remain with the customer or integrator.

No finished drawings yet?

Describe the task. Additional design or engineering work first requires agreement on scope and feasibility.

PROJECT EXAMPLE · MECHANICAL MANUFACTURING

Infrared preheating conveyor: mechanics built to customer drawings

A preheating conveyor heats components with infrared energy as they pass through the system. For a project of this type, we manufactured the complete mechanical assembly to our customer’s drawings.

Modified concept visualization illustrating the equipment type. It does not depict the actual system supplied to the customer.
01

Manufactured to drawings

We manufactured the mechanical parts and assemblies to the drawings supplied by the customer.

02

On-site acceptance

The customer visited us for acceptance of the mechanics we had manufactured.

03

Packaging and shipment

Following acceptance, we securely packed the mechanics in wooden crates and shipped them to Germany.

Our scope covered the complete mechanics. Electrical equipment, heating technology and controls were outside our scope of supply.

Planning a conveyor or mechanical assembly? Send us your project description. Drawings, a bill of materials, quantities and the required scope of supply form the basis of our quotation review.

Frames and sheet-metal assemblies

Aluminium profiles, brackets, covers and steel frames made to approved drawings.

Machined parts and preassembly

Milled and turned parts, bearing supports, guides and mechanical assemblies to the agreed bill of materials and assembly scope.

Prepared for your integration

Mounting points, installation space and routing provisions are agreed with your team. Electrical and pneumatic components are outside this offer.

From your drawings to a preassembled unit

01 · Review documents

Provide STEP files, PDF drawings, bill of materials, material, tolerances, finishes and quantities.

02 · Agree the quotation

We clarify scope, interfaces, acceptance criteria, schedule, packaging and delivery terms.

03 · Manufacture and preassemble

Mechanical work and agreed dimensional and assembly checks follow approved documentation.

04 · Integrate at your facility

Your team adds electrics and pneumatics and handles controls, safeguarding and commissioning of the complete system.

Frequently asked questions

Which documents are needed?

STEP models, PDF drawings, a bill of materials, material, tolerances, finishes, quantities and revision status.

Can you supply only the mechanical assembly?

Yes. Scope is agreed for each project. The customer handles electrics, pneumatics and commissioning of the complete system.

How is inspection defined?

Critical dimensions, assembly checks and required reports are agreed in writing at quotation stage.

How should confidential drawings be shared?

Send a project description first. Confidentiality terms and a secure transfer method are agreed before exchanging drawings.

Questions before an international enquiry

How are quality and acceptance agreed?

Critical dimensions, document revisions, required evidence and acceptance scope are agreed for the project. If you need specific inspection reports or material certificates, mention them in your enquiry.

How are delivery and total costs clarified?

Specify the delivery country and preferred date. Packaging, transport, import responsibilities and delivery terms belong in the specific quotation. No universal lead time is promised.

What about installation and service?

Responsibilities, support scope and any on-site work must be agreed for the country of use. Please specify the country of use and the support you need.
