Enquiries and quotations

Names, email addresses, optional company and country information and messages are processed to respond to enquiries and prepare quotations. The current form prepares an email draft locally; it does not submit information to a form server. Information is transmitted through email services only when you send the email yourself. Do not include confidential drawings or sensitive personal data.

Legal grounds under Turkish law

KVKK Article 5(2)(c) applies to contractual enquiries by a contracting individual; Article 5(2)(f) covers legitimate business communication with company representatives and general enquiries, subject to fundamental rights. Necessary legal obligations and legal claims are assessed under Article 5(2)(ç) and (e). Enquiries are not treated as marketing consent.

Recipients and retention

Email and hosting providers may receive information needed for communication; competent authorities may receive it where legally required. Providers, data categories, countries, transfer mechanisms and retention periods must be confirmed before publication. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when its purpose and applicable retention obligations end.

Cookies and technical operation

Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, advertising and session recording are not active in the current application code. Videos are served by the website. Hosting logs and cookies still require verification. This preparation does not activate optional tracking tools.

Your KVKK rights

Article 11 covers information about processing, purposes and appropriate use, domestic and overseas recipients, correction, deletion or destruction where statutory conditions apply, notification of recipients, objection to adverse results based exclusively on automated analysis and compensation for unlawful processing.

Requests

Submit requests in writing to the company address or email info@cinovasyon.com from an address previously supplied and registered with us, in accordance with the Turkish procedural requirements. Requests are answered promptly and within 30 days at the latest. Only necessary information is requested for identity verification.
