€1,999 is the unvalidated target price for the mechanical kit only; VAT and shipping are additional. Motors, milling spindle and spindle motor, controller, VFD, electrical cabinet, power supplies, wiring, sensors, PC and CAD/CAM are excluded. This is not a ready-to-run CNC machine. The exact scope and lead time will be confirmed in an individual quotation; this page does not accept orders or deposits.

Moving Y gantry on guides on both sides; paired longitudinal profiles per side and fixed table on crossmembers
Two side Y ballscrews with mechanical synchronisation as a concept; one drive each for X and Z. Nuts are linked to moving assemblies; fixed/floating support concept. Exact screw/nut standards and bearing sizes remain open
Slim 45×45 portal posts and reduced gussets are design targets; required stiffness remains to be calculated and measured
Mechanical components only. No motors, milling spindle/spindle motor, controller, VFD, electrical parts, wiring, sensors or PC

The mechanical kit cannot operate until the customer adds drives, spindle, controls, electrical equipment and commissions the completed machine safely. Stiffness, accuracy, material capability and cutting data are not yet demonstrated; the travel figure is a planning target. Engineering, safety review and trials remain necessary before series release.

Ready for later electrical retrofit · not included

The mechanical assemblies are planned with mounting faces for customer-selected motors and milling spindle. Motors, spindle, gSender/grblHAL controller, drivers, power supply, VFD, wiring and safeguards are excluded. Retrofit, compatibility, protective measures and commissioning are outside this mechanical scope and must be planned and checked separately for the complete machine. The mechanical kit still requires a cost model based on binding profile and component prices, fabrication and assembly time, packaging, shipping, overhead and margin; no purchase prices or series costs have been confirmed. €1,999 is the planned price for the mechanical kit, plus VAT and shipping.
