A mechanical manufacturing partner
Caglar İnovasyon reviews projects for profile frames, sheet-metal parts, machined components and mechanical preassembly to approved customer documentation. Your team adds electrics, pneumatics and controls. The starting point is a clearly agreed mechanical scope of supply.
Provide a complete enquiry package
A STEP model communicates geometry; PDF drawings specify materials, tolerances, finishes and critical dimensions. Include the bill of materials, quantities, revision status, purchased components and required delivery date. Resolve conflicting document revisions before releasing production.
Define interfaces and responsibilities
Motor and sensor mounting points, cable routing space, pneumatic interfaces and protective-cover mounting points should be defined in the design. Electrics, pneumatics, software and commissioning of the complete system are outside the mechanical offer. Additional sourcing or engineering is agreed separately.
Plan inspection and shipment
Agree critical dimensions, mechanical movement checks, assembly records, photographs and required inspection reports for the project. Packaging, transport, delivery terms, customs responsibilities and final assembly at destination also need agreement. Compare total delivered and integration costs rather than individual part prices alone.
Start with a pilot assembly
A single module or limited first batch makes documentation, assembly expectations and acceptance criteria tangible. Send an initial project description; arrange confidential drawing exchange beforehand. Assembly images on this site are independent illustrative concepts, not customer references.
Agree interfaces before production
A hypothetical assembly project illustrates revision control: model, drawing and bill of materials receive a clear release status. In-house production gives direct control; outsourcing creates capacity but requires defined interfaces. If an assembly does not fit, compare revisions, datums and measurement methods before authorising rework. Define critical dimensions and assembly checks in the order; confirm specific certificates and capacity separately.
